How To Irrigate a Corten Steel Planter Bed

Take your corten steel garden bed to the next level by installing irrigation.  Having irrigation in your planter bed will allow you to automate your watering so you never forget to water your plants.   In addition, you can add a watering system to your irrigation tubing to create a perfect watering schedule by controlling the time and the amount of water supplied to your plants so you can just sit back, relax and watch your little gem lettuce grow.

Here are 3 ways to irrigate a raised corten steel planter bed:

Micro-sprayers – provide a substantial output of water in a short amount of time and can be individually turned on and off to control the areas of the planter bed that need watering.

Inline Hunter drip line –  provides a low maintenance watering solution that achieves a uniform water distribution to the base of the plants.

Drip tubing with pressure – compensating emitters – delivers a precise amount of water regardless of changes in pressure due to long rows or changes in terrain.
