This rooftop installation in California Bay Area used our modular corten steel planters in combination with IPE benches for seating. Also, hot dipped galvanized steel screens were used to define the space while concealing HVAC system and other surrounding equipment on the roof.
The custom fabricated dimension of the taller corten steel planters are 48 inches x 24 inches x 30 inches high. Shorter 18 inch high planters were placed in front of the taller planters.
The corten steel planter were integrated into a 24 inch layout grid that utilizes adjustable height pedestals and concert pavers. The planters are set directly onto the pedestals and concrete pavers are installed around the planters. Our modular planters can be created in almost any size and work with any rooftop paver / pedestal system while providing cost effective planting solution.
